Hi Rashmi...🥰 Perspective towards looking at life changed for the better since I started Yog sessions with you. Started feeling very sorted in mind and thoughts along with a different energy in body. All asanas and stretches seemed so effortless. Meditation and Pranayam sessions is the most I enjoyed in the class. Although I have been irregular in my sessions, Pranayam do help even while on site, or in the car (in traffic) or while on my desk job. Migrane levels, thyroid levels have come in control which is evident. रश्मी तुझा क्लास मी खरोखर अगदी एन्जॉय करते काही दिवसांपासून वेळेचा इशू असल्यामुळे मी माझ्या रजा होत आहेत. पण मी नेहमी अगदी वाट बघत असते की कधी साडेआठ वाजतात आणि योगा क्लास सुरू होतो. तुझी योगा शिकवण्याची पद्धत मला खूप आवडते आणि तुझी तळमळ, तुझी passion ही त्यातून खूप छान रिफ्लेक्ट होते. ऑनलाइन क्लास जरी असला तरी सगळ्यांकडे तुझं बारीक लक्ष असतं त्यामुळे posture जरा जरी चुकत असेल तरी तू लगेच सांगतेस. योगा मधील प्रत्येक गोष्ट शिकवताना तू अगदी मुळापासून ती समजावून सांगतेस आणि ही तुझी क्वालिटी मला खरंच खूप आवडते तुझ्या मार्गदर्शनासाठी खूप खूप आभार🙏🏻

मी साधारण 3 वर्षांपूर्वी Breath Yoga क्लास ऑनलाईन सुरू केला. मी walk हा एकमेव व्यायाम करणारी होते पण रश्मी ज्या आत्मियतेने शिकवते, तिची योगा घेण्याची पद्धत, वेळोवेळी हाताचे न राखता माहिती देणे , रोज वेगवेगळे आसने घेणे, पॉवर योगा घेणे आणि प्राणायाम करण्यावर भर देणे ह्या गोष्टींमुळे योगा करण्याची गोडी लागली .तिच्या सकारात्मक स्वभावामुळे कधीच क्लास मध्ये कंटाळा येत नाही. मला एक छान न्यूज़ शेअर करायची आहे. मी मागच्यावर्षी असे मनिफेस्टेशन करत होते. त्यानंतर मला pcod साठी मेडिसिन मिळाले. ६ महिने झाले ट्रिटमेंट घेतेय. अजून पूर्ण बरे वाटले नाही पण आज मी सोनोग्राफी करून आले तेव्हा डॉक्टर म्हणाले की तू जितका सीवियर pcod सांगते आहेस तसे रिपोर्ट्स मधे दिसत नाहीय. overies comparatively खूप कमी बल्की दिसत आहेत. म्हणजे तू ट्रीटमेंट ला चांगली respond करत आहेस. काळजी करण्यासारखे काही नाही.. सगळे ठीक होऊन जाईल😊
